1 Cake mix - any kind. I like Cherry Chip1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 cup choc. chips/ nuts/ coconut or whatever else you fancy
Mix cake mix, water, egg and oil well.
Add 1 cup of whatever (or 1 cup of nothing, that works too) mix well.
Drop by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet.
*I use a 1 tblsp cookie scoop and get about a dozen and a half cookies from one batch.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350'f

I use this same recipe but with confetti cake mix. No extras. It's so good for ice cream sandwiches!!
